How To Make Fastest Toy Boat

agile innovation and leadership self-managed teams

I've always been quite clear that software development is a process of learning . Developers can not express in code that we have not learned of a system or business domain. Now you see it as a process of innovation. All software development is in itself innovative, that does not exist before that which you want to build, each having specific development, which precisely leads to having to build again for nth time, an ERP. Being agile
We provide a framework for innovation and increased productivity in pursuit of it.
To innovate, some recommendations may be:
  1. encourage creativity. Creativity is not very clear how I have encouraged, but as liquidator, with a bit of "command & control." It should allow people to make mistakes, reinforce the power of teams to be safe places.
  2. Excellence and work habits. You take care of every detail, escape mediocrity in everything you do. If not, never invent the IOS. Orientarte
  3. results: Innovation must produce something tangible, and in these times, the more sooner the better. Best produce value gradually do it later.
  4. The feedback is essential today. In order to analyze how you're doing, and reorientate again in the right direction.
If you fit these four recommendations in search of innovation, you'll see that they are somewhat targeted to where I am interested in: agile principles. And that reinforce, support or do not know in what order:) in the four basic principles of all agility.
There are many more tips about the pursuit of innovation that fit like a glove on the principles. Or perhaps, is that the principles are a sound basis for promoting innovation .

Birthday Card Shower Invitation

hidden destiny

David Norris (Matt Damon), a charismatic U.S. Congressman destined to succeed in national politics, he meets a beautiful ballet dancer named Elise Sellas (Emily Blunt), which completely altered his life. However, when he begins to suspect that certain supernatural forces trying to separate them, try to discover the causes ...

What if one day you found that your actions have been prepared and planned by others that you are not master of your destiny but a puppet handled at will by higher entities?
The idea is good, is from a writer's story science fiction, Philip K. Dick, really interesting, but the way it is raised in the film is very poor. Something weakens. The two leading actors, Matt Damon and Emily Blunt are not bad at all, have chemistry and share some good moments, like their first meeting or encounter on the bus. The love story is conventional but it works. But something does not quite fit, and has nothing to do with the players but with the "bad" movie. Not credible, and it's a shame. The shares of stock ... so good ... I would say that some are ridiculous, something funny but the worst is that without trying. Perhaps because these characters are not entirely well defined, and therefore are disconcerting. Not bad, not at all, the truth is that they have good intentions. The problem is: if you knew that you start today this relationship is going to hurt you in the future, not only you but to someone, do not dislike your savings to continue? Do not cut your losses before that thing out more? If you knew in advance what would you do? What if you not only detrimental to you and the other person but to a third party? If the thing so provided, have fought to get away with it despite all the consequences this would bring? Would you go along the path marked out or you rebel fate?

think is interesting, but the film is well made, and that detracts. Yet film is passable, and entertaining. 5.6

Tomorrow when the war begins

What begins as a carefree teen summer adventure takes dyes apocalyptic soon to explode an unpredictable war against Australia. Ellie and her school friends decide to spend a week camping in a valley of paradise which is cut off completely from reality. But one night, appear in the sky war planes flying at low altitude. Since then, must learn to survive and fight hostile military forces.

If I had said I was a pilot episode of a TV series would have had no choice but to believe it, and also reportedly said that it was an excellent first chapter, with lots of action and adventure. But tomorrow, when the war starts is not a series, but an Australian teen movie of overnight are engaged in a war against an unknown enemy but with oriental features. Honestly, I ask one more film as a series has the advantage able to develop more time but a film has to engage in the first. To start the movie ends at the right time, just when things started to look interesting. To his credit it must be said that this is the first part of many, it seems the film is based on the best seller writer John Marsden. I did not know, nor even that was then, so when the movie ended I was quite disappointed. But knowing that the thing is then I understand some things, but others still seem to me loose. This film, as it presents the board and the players, ie each children who are part of the film, all very stereotypical, the leader, the beautiful, the rebel, the nerd, the religious, the fumeta. To pass the time can work. 5

-time witch

mid XIV century, the knight Lavey (Nicolas Cage) escort to a monastery at a young accused of witchcraft . The monks say that she is responsible for the Black Death ravaged Europe and destroy. Lavey, skeptical, does not accept this explanation and a group of brave warriors on a journey to prove innocence of the young, but chance will lead to a place where they face the forces of darkness ...

If I had to choose one adjective to describe this film would be downright difficult, because there are so many bad emotions-of course-that has caused me I would not know which settle. Perhaps the adjective most would get is crappy, period. A story flat, with no spark, that does not inspire fear or interest, and that it was easy.
If there is a dark time that is the Middle Ages, with its plague, the Inquisition, its darkness, its purifying fires and terrestrial demons. But here all that is wasted at an alarming rate. There are witches, yes, small winged creatures and horrible looking, but neither get pass the screen to cause even a tiny hint of tremor. The special effects are so poor that it is impossible to take seriously anything (the scene of wolves! L). So it is not another to look with skepticism throughout the rest of the film, wondering if things can be traced directly or can no longer get worse. No emotion, no hint of adventure, and there is, which is disguised as adventure be, is simply boring. The actors are not exactly help. Nicholas Cage seems that neither is in the movie, missing and loose, and Ron Perlman as much of the same but it seems to make the attempt, it's something. The girl, the alleged witch, Claire Foy, is correct, certainly knows how to face the evil witch. But the script is so weak that none of the actors can shine. Everything ends up finally defeats in their last and pathetic final minutes. But I recognize that in addition to the above which led me to form this view was insane and dark atmosphere of the Middle Ages, it's just nothing I like movies set in this period. 2.5

Range

Range is the story of a lone chameleon in a day lonely in the vastness of the Mojave Desert. Rank wants to be a lawman in a town called Dirt thirsty. This lizard actor has always wanted to play the role of hero and finally finds an audience that needs one. Range soon realizes that there is big difference between acting and real life and is forced to face some aspects of their identity and learn the meaning of friendship.

first thing that strikes Range are its characters, unlike what is usually seen in animated films, at least as far as aesthetics are concerned. Each of the bugs that appear in the film are rare, ugly and imperfect. Starting with the bug character, a chameleon trickster who will have to become El Salvador to the thirsty city of Powder and its peculiar inhabitants, among them an iguana, a rat cactus, an armadillo, turtle, rabbit, mole, a rattlesnake and other wildlife more exotic, like the Gila monster, the burrowing owl, and horned lizards, all desert creatures. Range is a typical western, with its dose of adventure, duels in the sun, and villains of the book, headed, of course, by the chief of the village. But you'll also find humor, love, excitement and entertainment. Although I found an entertaining film there were some moments when the action made me heavy, this is why my note 5.5 is

The smiley face (happy or smiley face) is the representation of a smiling face. The yellow symbol is the father of the smileys, was created in 1963 for a corporate campaign.
This year the State Mutual Life Insurance Insurances merged with another insurer, Mutual Company Guarentee . The union of these two companies brought a crisis within the company because the workers thought that the merger would cause massive layoffs and job instability. To counter this bad image and prevent productivity goes down, the company decided to create the campaign friendship, which was that everyone should smile all the time with their partners and customers.
To add an image to the campaign hired the designer Harvey Ball, who in ten minutes created the famous face. Charged $ 45 for it. The icon was not recorded or by the company or by Harvey Ball. Later
brothers Murray and Bernard Spain had a great idea, not being the icon associated with any trademark thought they could sell him and early seventies Smiley printed on mugs, shirts, buttons, bumper stickers and other items decorated with the symbol and the legend: "Have a nice day" (Have a nice day), invented by Murray.
The success was such that the happy face was the icon of the 70's which is joined to the ideals of love and peace at the time.

Other curiosities

In 1972 it was estimated that some 50 million with smiley buttons across the United States.

The smiley was one of the main icons adopted by the music culture acid house dance that emerged in late 1980. Especially in the UK, the logo was especially associated with the underground dance culture with the drug Ecstasy.

On September 19, 1982, Scott Fahlman , the IT department of Carnegie Mellon University, first used the smiley :-) in an email. That sequence would become a universal icon to convey emotions through email, which eventually would be called emoticons.

In May 2002, Luke Helder, an American of 21 years, tried to play a smiley homemade bombs. His first 16 bombs formed circles, the first in Nebraska and the second on the border between Illinois and Iowa, with their eyes. Two other bombs in Texas and Colorado were apparently the beginning of the smile. However, Helder was stopped before reaching completion.

The yellow smiley is a recurring element in the comic book series Watchmen (Alan Moore and David Gibbons, 1986). The smiley is used as insignia by the character named "The Comedian." An image of a smiley with a red stripe.

film Forrest Gump (Robert Zemeckis, 1994), Tom Hanks wipes his face with a shirt that give and this is marked a smiley (like a parody on the mantle of Jesus). The film

Evolution, in its promotional material, get a smiley modified (three eyes instead of two), referring to alien beings in the film.

Have a nice day! :)

Fruit Us To Masterbate

... "Oxymoron?

The search perfect team, I wondered if a team self-management and leadership are conflicting issues. Jorge told me that may appear due to lack of understanding of the word leadership, and has devoted JMBeas post , speaking more than individual leadership.

tweet My little more by going elsewhere. A self-managed team will think so, because they are able to organize how to do their own work among them. But when within a team is a leader in I somehow lost the true self-organization. It breaks the principle of equality that I consider basic among team members to become a high performance team.

believe that if there is a clear leader in a team, this is not a high performance team. But be careful, I think to become a self-managed high performance team is almost imprescidible go through the figure of a leader. A. Just today Medinilla explained it great on a thread agile-spain.
Democracy is overrated, the important thing is unanimity.
This phrase, which I have read to Jim McCarthy ( but now I can not find the reference ), I think it gives important clues in evaluating equipment. If a team is not able to take decisions unanimously nearly always be people unable to satisfy their expectations. Team that unanimously resolved their problems is a unified team, and aligned with a shared vision.
When a leader within the team, I would bet that some team members always accept their decisions, not make them his own. Is it then a self-managed team, or one with "bosses", but internally in the computer?

In a talk on leadership in cross-functional teams, the speaker asked if there could be no teams that figure to leaders. His answer is yes, when a group of people together on their own will, and all experts and experienced in their field, with a clear objective. I quite agree. If you need to become an expert at least 10 years, how many teams have prepared for a true self?

Finally, two quick notes. A coach on a team, not just as a leader, helping the team, but no one follows. And eye can have teams without leaders, but not even know, much less manage themselves high performance are:)

Can You Use Mr. Clean Bar On Teeth

Paloma Faith Gregory Colbert

"All cultures from the Egyptians, to the Mayans and Native Americans to the Bedouins, created bestiary that allowed them to express their relationship with nature. Ashes and Snow is a bestiary of the twenty-first century, full of species around the world. The orchestra of nature includes not only the Homo sapiens, but also elephants, whales, manatees, eagles, cheetahs, orangutans and many other
more. "

His particular style of dress, retro fifties pin up style, with his distinctive voice has become a revelation in Britain, where it is compared with artists like Amy Winehouse, Adele or Duffy . For me it was a revelation. Her voice, her soulful style and his themes have conquered me.

France And Spain (tracks 1-2)

Hiccups are an involuntary spasm of the diaphragm, typically repeated several times per minute. Your name care is singulto. The sudden flow of air into the lungs causes the epiglottis closes.
The diaphragm almost always works correctly. Descends when you inhale to help get air into the lungs and go as you breathe to expel air from the lungs. But sometimes the diaphragm becomes irritated and when this happens, up sharply and makes breathing is different from normal. When this irregular breath reaches the voice box, hiccups.
Some of the situations that cause irritation of the diaphragm are eating too much or too fast, an unwillingness on the stomach or throat, alcohol abuse, or even feel nervous or excited.
Almost all cases of hiccups last only a few minutes. Some cases of hiccups can last for days or weeks, but it is rare and is usually a sign of another medical condition.

Home Treatments

Although there are many home methods to combat the hiccups, the most effective and fast is this: in the first hypo-note lift the right or left hand as if he had a tray that weighs heavily , pressing and bending the palm of your hand.
been shown empirically that the most effective way is inspiring hard and then retain the air without exhaling for 40 seconds. The arms and hands should be stretched upward as if trying to touch something, if possible reach a door frame with fingers or palms touching the frame must be lifted slightly forward with your arms as far back as his head.

Other home remedies

Scaring the person concerned.
drinking water.
Cover your nose and wait until the hiccups cease (without breathing). Make them laugh
affected person. Make
continuous breaths through the mouth only a few seconds. Eating
carbonated beverages.
Breathing cold air. Eating
cold drinks.
Biting a lemon.
Induce a sneeze.
Eating a spoonful of sugar.

more durable Hiccups

Charles Osborne (1894-1991) of Anthon, Iowa, United States, had an attack of hiccups in 1922. Could not remove it but 68 years later, in February 1990. During the first decades
Osborne had hiccups for 40 minutes, but then declined to 20 per minute in recent years. Recorded in the Guinness World Records.

How do you know if ...?

Lisa Jorgenson (Reese Witherspoon) is a young athlete of 31 who is convinced that his love life is a failure. But, unexpectedly, will be wrapped in a funny love triangle with George (Paul Rudd), an executive in a crisis, and Matty (Owen Wilson), a professional baseball player. Which of the two will be decided? How to know what is true love?

How do you know if ...? , Is one of the films más aburridas que he visto últimamente. El resultado es que paulatinamente, y sin remedio, vas desconectando totalmente de lo que ves because they're more than loss and the worst is that you do not care back to catch the thread. A film very loosely ... 2

Sanctuary

A group of divers, led by a father and son, made an expedition to the largest cave and inaccessible in the world. Because of a tropical storm, will face many dangers as they seek a route that allows them to go out and save their lives.

As you can imagine, the sanctuary is an action film start to finish. No matter the interpretation, and the script a bit loose in the sanctuary the most important thing is action, the struggle for survival, adventure.
James Cameron is the producer of this film based on real events. And it really has a lot of Cameron film, many of its key ; is great, or intended to be, claustrophobia, entertaining from beginning to end, but it reaches very linear, the characters are the norm in this class film, there is no undue surprises. It capitalized popping film, commercial film, plain and simple. No time for action rather than to shocks, some quite heartbreaking, literally. But it sounds like things already seen a thousand times before.
was made in 3D, but I saw at home, I think if I had to spend the price of a ticket, on top of 3D would be pretty pissed. 5.4

127 hours

Based on the true story of Aron Ralston, an intrepid American mountaineer infamous because in May 2003 during a climb in Utah, he fell . After several days immobilized and unable to find a solution, had to make a dramatic decision.

knew the story and so I refused to watch the movie. He feared it was too harsh, too direct. It is true that there is a scene that makes the hair stand on end in which, if I'm honest, I had to look away, but the whole film is vital and evocative. The protagonist is caught but his imagination fly, its memories, past experiences, dreams, hallucinations, expectations become the way of escape, as a lifeline to stop the madness, to get away from the crack where is trapped, and the maddening loneliness that surrounds
Film I really liked. The interpretation of the protagonist, James Franco, too, is excellent, and very believable, intense. It carries all the weight of the film, which is very difficult, and never weakens. The film is light, crisp, and leaves a positive feeling of joie de vivre. Also excellent soundtrack. 7

Black Swan

Nina (Natalie Portman), a brilliant dancer who is part of a ballet company in New York, lives entirely absorbed in dance . The rivalry with companion Lily (Mila Kunis) and pressures are exacerbated as director approaching opening day. This adjustment causes a nervous breakdown in Nina and the disabling mental confusion to distinguish between reality and fiction.

was a little reluctant to see it, mostly because the movies that deal with the madness does not usually like me and leave me pretty bad body, but my sister convinced me and finally we saw together.
I do not know if she broke the body as upset as me, but I guess by your face that you had to spend the same as me. No, this is not a movie going to see many more times, mostly because I'm not sure my poor heart can resist new vision of some of the unpleasant scenes.
why not stopped recognizing the value of Black Swan, in particular its leading actress. Newsprint is marked tremendous Natalie Portman, not easy, complicated and nuanced. Oscar. That Nina, obsessive, strange, troubled, withdrawn, paranoid, repressed, greedy, delusional, and almost perfect is not easy to forget. She is the leading step in this dance, which marks the ups and downs, turns and pirouettes, and there is no choice but to follow to the end though what you want is to run away in the opposite direction.
But for me this is a tricky film. As a hall of mirrors, what you see is not what is, at least not all the time. Confuses you, play a bit with you.
There are many unpleasant scenes, the kind where you have to close my eyes, especially my gave me the creeps that stars Winona Ryder. Dingy and suffocating atmosphere is another element that makes it all the time you are uncomfortable, tense and waiting for the worst. I can not say enjoy myself, but it is an interesting film with good things and not so good, an intense struggle between light and darkness in our lives. 5.7

Disaster Movie Extra in Japan

On Friday March 11th in Japan was a massive earthquake of 8.9 degrees, the fifth largest in history. Behind him a devastating tsunami swept everything in its path. With the passage of hours getting to know the real situation of the disaster, but the confusion was still great. In figures, while still more are estimated to be 1300 dead or missing and more than 300,000 evacuees. However, the balance has continued to increase. Prime Minister Naoto Kan, described the incident as a disaster "unprecedented" and acknowledged his country after the tsunami was much larger than expected, with waves up to ten meters high. Some 9,500 people, more than half the population of Minami Sanriku in Miyagi province, are still unaccounted for after the tsunami. Miyagi, Iwate and Fukushima are the provinces most affected by the earthquake on land and sea, which has come to wipe out entire villages.

3.400 It is estimated that buildings were destroyed and there were 200 fires, and are 5.5 million Japanese who have without electricity. Since the strong earthquake happened there have been about 190 aftershocks have been felt in much of Japanese territory, also in Tokyo. Some of these new replicas have been at least six degrees. Another looming danger is the level of radiation given off by the Fukushima nuclear plant in northeastern Japan, which exceeded the legal limit. The spokesman Minister of Japan, Yukio Edan, admitted that apparently there was a radioactive leak in the reactor of the Fukushima No. 1 plant, whose nearby have been evacuated some 100,000 people. On Friday there had been an explosion in the same plant, although the government insists that Japan occurred in the reactor, while cesium was detected in the area.

This was the post I wrote my sister Ana on Sunday. I also felt it appropriate to copy it on my blog and update some of the data. Are believed to be 5000 and the death toll, although this number continues to increase, unfortunately, and there is much confusion. 2000 bodies were found Monday in the coastal area of \u200b\u200bMiyagi.

Japan has formally requested the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to send a team of experts after the explosions in Fukushima nuclear power plant-1, whose operatives have managed to raise two meters up the coolant level in the pool that contains the nuclear fuel rods from the reactor 2 of the plant, as reported by Kyodo news agency. The plant management company does not rule out a partial meltdown of the reactor core. In principle, rule out a massive radiation leak, but 11 workers were injured. The explosion occurred after a strong aftershock of 6'2 degrees in which a new tsunami warning.

From here, to express my solidarity with Japan, hoping that the recovery of the affected areas to take place soon. That those who have lost loved ones and their homes, find solace and encouragement to move forward.

Gameshark Rom For Emerald

Hans, Chapman and mirror

H nce upon a time a miller who had three children. The two eldest had left home some time, but the youngest was still living at home with his elderly father.
's two older brothers had formed their own family and lived modestly. In contrast, the younger brother idly wasting time engaged in the study of the universe. That
great concern to the old miller. No office or benefice, black future augured his third child.
"I'm older and my end is near. Before I die I want to do something important.
"Father, is it not important what I do?
- Watching Stars! Are you going to feed you that when I am gone?
And the third son, embarrassed, had no choice but to duck down.
-Make a bundle and get out there and not come back until you've become a good man.
And the third child, reluctantly, was forced to leave the comfortable home in search of adventure.
My father wants me to see the world, he said to where the third child, but I have so much time looking at the sky I am lost in the land. Ojala find someone who could tell me where to go.
and soon a peddler came by dragging a cart full of junk.
-Kind sir, I go in search of adventure. Do you know a feat that could do to impress my elderly father?
"Near here is a princess trapped in a tower guarded by the most ferocious beasts that exist. Those who have died horribly risky, why do not you try?
"But that would be suicide.
"Not for a brave like you.
- Valiente me?
"If you find it difficult challenge, in that direction, south of the land of fire, there is a sanctuary within which you will find the greatest treasure that you can conceive. Imagine how you would get your father to come see you covered with gold.
- In that direction? How easy it is to enter?
-A vast expanse of quicksand guarding the place. Nobody who has tried it out alive. But your reflexes and agility sure what you succeed.
I do not know, peddler. My muscles are stiff from not moving. Try would be certain death.
"Well, if you can believe the other side of that valley, in the dense forest, there is a fierce bear that has frightened the middle region. It is so elusive that no one has right to shoot. Perhaps manage to swing it your choice views. Your father would receive honors if we get rid of this beast.
-looking star of both my eyes are exhausted. I fear that it could not to hit or being two feet away.
- Did not have thought of learning a trade? Maybe that would please your father.
- And be one among many? Great expectations have placed in me my father would not let him down.
"Well, in those circumstances I can not help. Surely you will find outside of this region great deeds to match your potential. With a little courage will attain what you propongáis. But I have to continue my journey. Soon dark and it is not wise to stay on the roads at night.
"I appreciate your help, peddler.

Night was falling over the hills and the peddler pitying the boy asked him to accompany him. But as they advanced became darker roads. References Chapman continued to orient disappeared into the darkness, and the two were lost. They walked a long time without knowing where to go, with the threat of bear attached to his back. The peddler was scared but the boy Hans, that such was the third son of the miller, staring at the ceiling remained calm dark, absolutely ecstatic.
"Boy, we've lost and walking in the dark is dangerous. Additionally, we may be approaching the bear without realizing it. What can we do?
"The stars may point the way to reach the village.
"I've never been able to read the sky.
"But I do. You just have to tell me if the town is to the north or south.
And thanks to the expertise of Hans both arrived safe and sound in the village. Once in the inn, in front of a black frothy mug of beer, the old Chapman was deeply grateful to the young boy.
-not worth for anything, but thank your stars are in one piece. I had no intention of getting rid of it but you deserve it. "And holding out a grimy hand and gave him an old dirty, dark, mirror-husked, secure your old father will be proud of you now. Hans looked at the mirror
disappointed.
- A mirror?
"But not just any, a magic mirror.
- What for? "
-Da responses. No matter how difficult the question, or problem, the mirror always gives solutions.
- What I desaseéis why him?
"I've had for a long time, and although it has unfortunately also brought fortune. If abused his power mirror rebels. He made me who I am, a poor peddler. But if you act with head, wealth and power will obtain it.
The next day, after saying goodbye to the peddler, Hans decided to try her magic mirror. Capture the bear
If I become a hero, he thought, peering into the darkened surface of the mirror. And he asked the easiest way to capture the bear without damage. The mirror showed the response and Hans built a trap.
Hailed by the whole village Hans began to feel confident.
I am a hero, but I'm still poor. If I were the treasure that guard the quicksand my father very happy. And peering into the mirror asked how to circumvent them unharmed. The mirror showed the response and Hans built a balloon.
With more gold than could spend in a lifetime, Hans was proud. But he was alone.
If rescue the captive princess in the tower could marry her and so my happiness would be complete. And peering into the mirror again asked how to sleep to the beasts to save the princess. The mirror was the answer, and Hans played his flute making all the beasts fall into a deep sleep. Hans
married the princess, and they lived happily. Hans's father lived for many years, happy for the happiness of her third child.
Until one day, twenty years later, the daughter of Hans, Ethel, found the mirror, all the while kept in a box. And like Pandora's curiosity was stronger. Captivated by the power of the mirror Ethel spent day and night looking out for their dark surface. Until one day the mirror Ethel rebelled and was turned into a beggar, in a horrible appearance. A curse would be broken only with a kiss of true love.
But that's another story and shall be told another time.

Lock Diagram For Car Lock

few days ago we discussed among "Javer" of Biko2 on best practices, tools, libraries, automated that each project should take in search of truth ie, perfect quality:)

Began a lot about specific issues, and ramble a bit about some tools and practices to be incorporated or strengthened, that's what we love to discuss how to most. These issues the association at the tactical level of implementation of agility in an organization, short-term maneuvers that are directly applicable to obtain a purpose on the battlefield. But I got the impression that we were lost in acronyms and names, and share a little levels that was important. We then extract a bit of email to send at that time to my colleagues, on the levels of performance for quality, as developers in technical work:

  • Programming: PMD and Checkstyle (code analysis tools) help us not to make mistakes more, even having to review any rules that say. But every line you write is a decision we made on the application, and that can only be resolved with the developer intelligence. You have to know things SOLID exception management, log management, ... etc. that can not be automated.

  • Ecosystem: The ecosystem we can see that we do not break the build, we have good coverage of tests, we do TDD infrastructure will purchase, good sound metrics, automatic deployment, the management of merges / branches .... but all this, there is no way we go it alone ... only depends on intelligence, and now also the hard work developer. Need to know about continuous integration, Branch Management, ...

  • Application: A standard application is the definition of over-TER-MI-NA-DO, the evidence acceptance, or the functional part. Here comes into play above: the intelligence and hard work, but above all, responsibility and commitment developer, wanting to do things right and move customer.
Greetings to my fellow Biko, I know that I read;)
